Each Sonámbulo piece is made by hand in our studio in Albuquerque, NM. We use recycled metals and ethically-mined stones as often as possible. Please note that prices for gold pieces may change, as metal prices fluctuate.

Many of our pieces are made from the lost wax casting technique. These pieces feature irregular shapes that show the mark of the maker's hand, enhancing the personal connection between the maker and the owner of the piece. Each piece differs slightly from the next, so please note that there may be small variations from the item shown on the website.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING

Items ship within 7-14 days from purchase. All pieces are made to order and often require at least 7 days before shipment.

All US orders are shipped UPS Ground.  

International orders will be billed for shipping separately after a purchase has been made. These orders will only be shipped after this second payment has been received. In the case that the international shipping is not payed for within 7 days following payment request, the original purchase order will be refunded to the customer.

Sonámbulo does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

 

RETURNS

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted up to 14 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 14 days along with all of their original packaging and receipt of purchase. Please contact sonambulojewelry@gmail.com immediately to address any issues with your purchase. Please include a photo of the issue and reason for return.

Sonámbulo is not responsible for stones that are lost or broken after the piece has been received. However, we do offer stone replacements for a reasonable repair fee. Please contact sonambulojewelry@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

Custom pieces and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, or return. In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved for returning the item and for providing its tracking number. The return must include all its original packaging and invoice. Returns/exchanges must be discussed via email before item is shipped back. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
